* Are there nuts in the bars?

Our recipe contains no nuts but some ingredients may contain traces of peanuts.

* What is the shelf life of The Better Bar?

Our product is made with all-natural preservatives and have a long shelf life. They do taste freshest within 3 months of purchase. They will last longest when stored cool dark environments.

* Why should I choose The Better Bar over other granola bars?

We can give you 3 reasons why!

* Are there any artificial sweeteners used?

Absolutely not! Honey, maple syrup and brown sugar. The sweet cranberry and chocolate chips add an additional natural sweetness to our bars. We do not add any chemicals or unnatural ingredients.

* Can I use the Better Club as a gift?

Absolutely! It’s a wonderful gift for anyone! Just make sure you add the recipient name and address at checkout.

* Can I add to or change my subscription?

Yes, this is all about convenience. Use the account you create at checkout to manage your subscription, or use the link below to send us a message and we'll help.

* How quickly can I get my order?

Orders ship within three (3) days.

* Do you ship outside the United States?

Shipping will be more expensive but we can ship it anywhere you need!

* Do you offer expedited shipping?

Standard US domestic shipping is free. For expedited shipping select a shipping option at checkout.

* Can I send you a logo to use for my custom order?

Yes, absolutely! When you place an order use the notes area to mention that you have a logo that you want to use; we'll let you know how to get it to us. If you have any questions you can call 516-888-9632 and we can help you!

* What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

Depending on the size of the order it can take up to 1 week to ship out.

* If I want to place an order for a wedding or special occasion how much notice do you need?

Ideally, we would like to have at least 2 weeks’ notice.

* Do you have an art department that can help with custom labels?

Yes, we do! There is an additional charge of $25.00 for custom art work.
